Is reservation required?

Reservations are not required, but recommended. Walk-ins are welcome, though they may incur a wait time or be unavailable during particularly busy times.

Is there an age limit?

Participants must be 6 years or older. Those under 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above.

How long is the experience?

Check-in and briefing take about 10 minutes, and the VR experience itself is about 30 minutes.

Is there a dress code?

For a safe and comfortable experience, we recommend comfortable and stable shoes (sneakers recommended).

I'm worried about motion sickness

Free-roam VR involves physical movement, making it less likely to cause motion sickness compared to seated VR. There have been significant progress in reducing motion sickness with every new headset type, and we use the latest headsets.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your experience. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee. No-shows are non-refundable.

What payment methods do you accept?

For both walk-ins and reservations, we accept cash, credit cards, and QR code payments. Merchandise and photo purchases are cash-only.

•Those with heart conditions or photosensitivity should refrain from participation.
•Pregnant individuals and those under the influence of alcohol cannot participate.
